The area is peaceful, surrounded by Mediterranean flora, several paths and tracks allow for nature walks or bike rides (5 bicycles are available for use for both adults and children), ideal for nature lovers and families who enjoy the peace and quiet.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge/dining room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and an ensuite on the top floor. A large, 10 x 5m, south facing, saltwater pool, sunny terraces with sun loungers and outside dining furniture, a granite top table under the pergola and an Argentinian BBQ.

Fully furnished and equipped with wifi (limited), air conditioning, modern kitchen appliances, comfortable furnishings and plenty of outside space, perfect for a much deserved holiday with family and friends.

The Security Deposit Fee is of 500€ and will be charged in cash at arrival.

Monthly rentals are available during the winter period/low season:

Monthly fees do not include utilties (water & electricity). Readings are taken on arrival and at the end of every month. Calculations are based on monthly consumer rates.

The swimming pool is closed for the winter period between October and May it can be opened on request but the electricity used to maintain the pool will be charged to the guest - 20 kW per day at the current rate of electiricity in Portugal
