Set in a farm among rural surroundings, Stone Farm is a family-run hostel offering accommodation in typical stone houses. It features green gardens with an outdoor pool and a free shuttle to/from Caide Rei Train Station. Guests can choose among dormitories and private rooms with shared bathrooms on the floor. Modern amenities include free Wi-Fi access and satellite TV channels. Showers remain at disposal 24 hours a day. Stone Farm Hostel has also a 24-hour communal kitchen, an in-house mini-market and a cafeteria offering lattes and fresh drinks. Other facilities include a games room and a well-stocked library. Located between the city of Oporto, the Douro Valley and Minho Province, the hostel provides many hiking and biking possibilities in the green surroundings. Rental bikes are available and free parking is possible.
