The apartment in Armação de Pêra has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people. Beautiful and very bright accommodation of 51 m², located in an ideal area for families within an urbanization. It has a garden, 10 m² of terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), TV, hairdryer, air conditioning in the lounge, communal swimming pool and private outdoor parking without reservation. The induction kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All linen and towels are provided as well as first day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options: 1) Check-in is carried out directly at the apartment from 3:30 pm, in case you reply to us your arrival time in the message we will send you the day before your stay, or inform us by email or phone at any time. 2) If you do not inform us about your arrival time 24 hours before check-in, you can come at any time to our Welcome Center in Vilamoura from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, where you can collect your apartment keys. Please note that late check-in takes place directly at the apartment and has the following costs: - From 19:00 to 00:00 = 30€ Euros - From 00h = 50€ Euros We also have a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the apartment (price and availability on request). If you would like to book, please let us know. Upon check-out, guests must leave the apartment in a reasonably clean state. Otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost.
