Quinta de Fiães lies along the Douro Valley, just 1 km from the centre of the village of Vilar de Maçada. This wine-producing property is in the Douro Region and features a garden and an outdoor swimming pool. The property features accommodation in rooms, suites and apartments. All units enjoy vineyard views, free WiFi access, satellite TV and private bathrooms. The apartments and suites also include equipped kitchenettes and living areas with sofas. A rich and varied breakfast buffet is served each morning at the property. A restaurant is available, where guests can comfortably enjoy traditional Portuguese meals without leaving the grounds. Guests of the apartments and suites may also opt to eat in, and take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchenettes at their disposal. The nearest restaurant is 50 metres from the property. The Quinta de Fiães is devoted to the production of white wine and other Douro wines, therefore visits to the grounds’ vineyards can be organized with the front desk. There is a shuttle bus, which provides regular service to the city centre, where guests can visit shopping malls, duty-free shops, and popular restaurants and bars. The Porto city centre is an 80-minute drive away and features several bars, cafés, shops and a variety of national landmarks such as the Clérigos Tower and the Dom Luis I Bridge. Vila Real is a 20-minute drive and has a lively city centre with bars, shops and cafés. Porto International Airport is an 80-minute drive away from the Quinta de Fiães. An airport shuttle service is available at an extra charge.
