The reception is open from 09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday. Keys are collected at the security complex outside these hours. Please note that a safety deposit box is available at an additional charge, and must be requested at the time of check-in. Please note that the available sunbeds at the pools have an additional charge between April and October.
