Living room - equipped with a large sofa bed, reading chair, 42 inch TV. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows as well as a door towards the terrace on all rooms. Your comfort is being enhanced by the underfloor heating as well as a large balcony where you can drink your coffee and direct access to the terrace. You can self-check in at any time, 24/7. You can put your worries aside as I am always available by text, email or telephone. The flat is located in a brand-new apartment building with secure entrance and fenced parking in one of the neighbourhoods with the cleanest air in Romania - Racadau. - AFI Brașov Mall is 1km (0.6miles) or 6 min by car and 15 min walking - The Old Town and the Black Church are 2.3km (1.4miles) or 7 minutes by car and 35 minutes walking away - Poiana Brasov is 7km (4.5miles) away or 25 minutes by car. Free parking is offered with your booking, however there is a bus stop just in from of the building where you can take bus 31 to Old Town (15 minutes - 7 stops) and it costs 2.5RON or 0.5€. Alternatively you can use UBER or your own car. The majority of the public parking spaces are priced at around 2RON per hour.
