Welcome to our enchanting apartment in Maribor, where you will experience a unique blend of historical ambiance, family heritage, and modern comfort. This building, dating back to 1905, once served as a prominent farmstead and butchers shop in this part of Maribor.
The Apartment was once home to our beloved grandmother, who infused these spaces with a vibrant life.
At the same time, explore the rich cultural heritage of Maribor that surrounds you.

You have a 2 bedroom Apartment for your self.
In the Apartment you will find also Kitchen, Bathroom, Working/Office area and a nice Balcony.
You are able to access the Apartment and a small Garage.

It’s a quiet neighborhood with 2 restaurants and one bakery + the Gas station. Otherwise you have 22 minutes by foot till the old town center.
From the Apartment to the center you have approximately 22 minutes walk.
Please do not park your car directly in front of the House.
You have 3 parking spaces on the other side of the road, which are public. You can find you parking spot in the street or next to the Gas Station, which 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a big natural parking place, where you can park free of charge..
