Newly renovated 4 bedroom apartment with capacity for 7 people in a beautiful building and central location. Located 200 meters from the Rocafort metro station in Gran-Via. The perfect place to start your experience in Barcelona!
The apartment is located in the emblematic neighborhood of La dreta de l´Éixample, known for its typical and elegant architectural style. The apartment is on the top floor, has 4 rooms with ceiling fans, all with direct access to the living room, where the original ceilings have been maintained as in the rest of the house. The room has AC machine (cold / hot). 3 of the rooms are equipped with a plasma screen with satellite where you can enjoy television from all over the world. It has 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts and services you may need: air conditioning, heating, WIFI, washing machine, TV, etc. As expected, towels and sheets are included.
Close and professional customer service. We are at your disposal in case you want some tips and tricks to explore this beautiful city. In case you travel with children, we can also help you with some programs for them. We are available 24 hours in case of any emergency.
The apartment is located in the vibrant and central neighborhood of La dreta de L´Eixample. Central area, it is close to all the main attractions, but although it is not as touristy and busy as other areas of the city. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the surroundings, where you will see both locals and the international crowd enjoying their vermouth and tapas. There is a supermarket across the street, in case you want to cook your own food.
It is a lovely area to stroll and savor the true life of Barcelona and is within walking distance of the heart of the city, the beach, the Plaza España, Montjuïc, Maremagnum.
The metro network in Barcelona is an efficient and economical way to get around the city. All lines are connected and connect to both the local and national train network. The ´Rocafort´ metro station is just around the corner and from here you can access all the sites you want to visit. In addition to the subway, there are also buses and taxi stops nearby. In addition, Barcelona is a bicycle-friendly city, certainly a good option to explore the city (our favorite route is to ride a bike along the beach boulevard)
* Important: The city of Barcelona requires a minimum tourist tax per person per night as a collaboration for the preservation of the city. The tourist tax (€ 2.25 per person per night VAT included) is not included in the price and must be paid separately (in cash at check-in). This only applies to people from 17 years and a maximum of 7 nights.
* Normally, the time of entry is at 3 pm and the time of departure is at 11 am, although we try to adapt as much as possible to the needs of our guests. Check-in after 11pm has an extra cost (€ 40)
* If you travel with a baby, we can provide you with a cot. You can request it in the reservation process.
