City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Housekeeping service is offered for guests who book for 7 consecutive nights.
Please note that once you have made a booking, you are required to inform the hotel about your expected time of arrival at least one week in advance. It is of the utmost importance that guests contact the hotel upon arriving at the airport in order to be checked-in at the apartment. Arrivals after 8 PM are done with automatic check-in machine, located in the building.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of EUR 150 upon check-in.
Upon arriving at the airport, guests are required to contact the property in order to follow the check-in instructions. Check-in is done with automatic check-in express machine, located in the building.
