The apartment is located in the heart of Cordoba, in the main commercial area of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants in a lively neighborhood. As it's in a high floor, is very bright and it has incredible views of the city. It is the perfect place to enjoy Cordoba in family or large groups, with the comfort of being spacious and fully equipped . If you come by car there is an option of a nearby parking space for €12/day. Brand new large and very comfortable apartment. It has 3 rooms with two beds and a fourth room with a double bed, perfect for staying 8 pople. In addition, it has two bathrooms, one of them inside the main room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with SmartTV. In the upper fllor there is a large private terrace with a dining table and sunbathing area with stunning views of the Avenue. The house is completely isolated from noise, so, despite the bustling area, the apartment is quiet. The building has elevator. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk away from the historic center, the Jewish quarter and the Mosque and in a few minutes you will also find the historic Santa Marina district with its famous courtyards. Ronda de los Tejares Avenue is one of the main avenues of the city, in the commercial center full of shops, restaurants and all kinds of services. The train and bus stations are only a 15-minute walk away. Córdoba is a small city with a pleasant wheather, so the best way to get around is to walk. On foot you can reach any part of the city. At the door of the building there are several bus stops, including the one that gets to the station if you do not want to go walking. Taxis are just a few meters away. There are some public parkings near the house, the nearest one only 5 minutes away.
