In the neighbourhood, you will find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, a supermarket and a hairdresser. The historic and commercial centre of Palamós is a 10-minute walk away. Palamós has a long promenade, a fishing port, a commercial port and a yacht club. The unbeatable location, in the heart of the Costa Brava, offers numerous beautiful bays (Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Sa Riera) and picturesque villages a few kilometres away (Pals, Peratallada, Monells, Begur). The property is also just an hour's journey from Girona, Banyoles, Besalú and Figueres, and an hour and a half from the metropolis of Barcelona. The apartment on the third floor (with lift) has a cosy living room with TV, a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. On the balcony you can end the day relaxed with a great view and a drink of your choice.
