Nice house (105 m2 + 417 m2 plot), located in a quiet area of Blanes (Residencial Blanes), just 3 Km from the beach and 1.5 Km from the center.In the northeast of the Iberian Peninsula, a most perfect mix of colors is what you find on the Costa Brava of Spain, colors that create a true rainbow of feelings. The clear blue waters, the green of the landscapes, the golden sands... they all come together to offer a most unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. There are 214 km of coastline and some of the most beautiful towns, villages and beaches of the country are to be found here. The Costa Brava is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains, thus offering a most amazing natural beauty as well as an impressive history. All in all, the Costa Brava is one full of surprises and colors of fun portrayed in many facets.

The house is divided into two floors. The main floor has a large living room with a fireplace and an exit to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a double bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a double room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom suite with matrimonial bed, a bathroom with a shower and a double room with bunk bed, both with terraces. Private pool (7x3.5 m), BBQ area with a small bathroom with shower, garage for 2 cars and parking area. Optional heating. (not included)
