Villa Tensi is a simple house (150 m2 + 470 m2 plot) placed in a calm area of Blanoes, only 3 Km from the beach and 1.5 Km from the town center. In the northeast of the Iberian Peninsula, a most perfect mix of colors is what you find on the Costa Brava of Spain, colors that create a true rainbow of feelings. The clear blue waters, the green of the landscapes, the golden sands... they all come together to offer a most unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. There are 214 km of coastline and some of the most beautiful towns, villages and beaches of the country are to be found here. The Costa Brava is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains, thus offering a most amazing natural beauty as well as an impressive history. All in all, the Costa Brava is one full of surprises and colors of fun portrayed in many facets.
Very familiar house divided in 2 floors. on the 1st floor there is a dining room (fireplace, TV), an equipped kitchen (washing machine, microwave, gas stove), 3 bedrooms; (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and another single room), 1 bathroom with bath tub and bidet. There is also a closed porch (table and chairs) with direct exit to the outside area. The top floor has 2 rooms; one with a double bed and the other with a single bed . There is also a wide living room with sofa-bed, 1 bathroom with a tub and bidet. A nice terrace with sea and mountain views. Swimming pool 5x4 and barbecue. Parking. Optional heating.
