Keys should be collected from the offices of Chelet Alquileres, located beside the the Apartamentos Acuario building. The address will appear on your booking confirmation. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday. From June to September check-in is also available on Saturdays from 14:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, please let Apartamentos Acuario know in advance. You can do this using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the hotel. Check-out should be done before 10:30 in the offices. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Please note any damages to the apartments will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
