The apartment is placed in a closed housing estate Alcazaba Lagoon, located 7 km from the center of the picturesque town of Estepona. The town lies about 100km south from Malaga, the capital city of Andalusia. The flat consists of a dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 has a bath and the second one has a shower), big terrace and a small terrace attached to the kitchen. The apartment is located on the corner ground floor of a 2-storey building and adjoins a garden separated by a hedge. In master bedroom there is a double bed and in the other one - a bunk bed and one single bed. There is a foldable sofa for 2 persons in the dining room. WINTER RENTALS FOR SPECIAL PRICES - OCTOBER 2023 TO APRIL 2024 FULLY EQUIPED TO WORK WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET Recently furbished apartment is equipped in all appliances: the kitchen is fully equipped (a stove with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffe maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery for 12 persons), a washing machine with a dryer, vacuum cleaner, an iron with ironing board, hairdryer, towels plus beach towels, bed linen, safety box, TV set with channels fro all over the world and high speed internet. There is a comfortable sofa for 8 persons and big coffee table on the terrace. The guests can also use 4 aluminum sun beds, which can be taken to the beach, sunshade and kids beach toys. The apartment also has an underground garage, which can be accessed to protect the car from the hot sun. Although the building is only 2-storey, it is also equipped with an elevator and we can go up using the elevator from the garage. The entire estate is located in a beautifully landscaped, flowered area rich in original Mediterranean plants. There is security in the estate. The guests can use 2 swimming pools with deckchairs, playground and the first artificial lagoon in Europe, where the depth of the water reaches 4 meters and the shore is lined with beautiful sand from nearby Tarifa. Apart from water and sunbathing, the Lagoon is a perfect place for practicing water sports. Visitors can find here kayaks, paddle boards (SUP), water bikes. The lagoon has been recently equipped with a sauna and 4 Jacuzzis. There is also a very nice restaurant serving Spanish cuisine. Our guests can enter the lagoon for free; there are 4 entry cards for each 2-bedroom apartment (kids up to 2 years old enter the lagoon for free). The lagoon is open from 1st April to 30th November.
