Large living space and also a downstairs TV console for games and wifi etc. Kitchen and separate dining area. Large terrace with(8 x 5 m2)an outside dining area which overlooks a stunning private pool (only guests and residents) have access . Very private location but close enough to Guardamar del Segura. Ideal for families, cycling and golf groups
Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Guardamar del Segura, with its 13km of beaches, stunning parks and marina, its easy to understand why its so popular. There is a bus service into the centre of the town every 30 mins and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach front. The main street has all the shopping you will need and there are quite a few historical landmarks to visit like the famous fort of Guardamar.
As we are situated close to the town of Guardamar , there is a bus service at the bottom of road approx 100 metres from Colina Real. The bus service runs every day every half hour in the summer and hourly on all the other months of the year. It costs 1 euro and goes went into the centre of the town.
Colina Real is complex with about 40 apartments which are mainly permanent homes for residents. It is quite quiet with a private pool . The beach in Guardamar is stunning and is only 10 mins from us.
Situated just outside Guardamar del Segura , the apartment sits just outside the town and would be a ten minute drive . There is a bus service just outside the apartment that stops in the centre of Guardamar. If you have a car and want to explore the area , we are 5 mins from the main N332
We are only twenty minutes from Alicante airport, straight down the N332. There are four championships golf courses nearby ( la Marquesa golf resort is only 8k away). Also ideal for cycling groups of any level with plenty of mountain tracks and road cycling routes.
