Puerto del Carmen Old Town is 10 minutes’ walk away. Here you will find shops, bars and a variety of fish restaurants. There is also a golf club only 2.3 km from the apartments. Arrecife is 19 minutes’ drive away while Lanzarote Airport can be reached in approximately 10 minutes’ drive.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Princesa Ico in advance. Please note that bed linen is changed once a week. Bathroom towels are changed twice a week. Cleaning service takes place twice a week. Additional cleaning service can be arrange with the reception and requires a surcharge. Please note that the use of safety deposit box requires a charge of EUR 12 a week. Please note that our apartments are non-smoking.
