The property is fenced and has a small garden with 50m2 of lawn and a 40m2 terrace with table and chairs, next to a fixed barbecue; the perfect place to eat outdoors while you take a dip in the chlorine pool, 6 x 4meters. There are some sun loungers for sunbathing. The house is located in the urbanisation of Son Serra, it has direct neighbours.The house and its amenities are private for our guests.
The accommodation comprises a single floor that offers a living-dining room, a separate kitchen with a laundry space, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The living room, with air conditioning, is spacious and bright, becoming a perfect place to relax watching satellite TV or enjoy a pleasant evening. The kitchen has everything you need to spend your holidays without missing your favourite dishes: ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and much more. The bedrooms themselves are not air-conditioned, but there is an air conditioner in the hallway to the rooms.
