The views from the property are superb. You can admire the centre of the village from the pool as well as the green fields, the mountains and even the sea. Imagine your days of rest swimming alone or basking in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers, surrounded by the protected Tramuntana mountain range. The chlorine pool sizes 4 x 4 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. It is placed at the right centre of the wonderful terrace with several levels, something that makes it quite special. In front of it, there is a fantastic attached terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy your dinner alfresco and under the starry sky, with the only company of the lights of the village, an unforgettable experience! The house comprises two floors stylishly decorated. When you enter, the hall leads to the dining area and the kitchen. The first has a Mallorcan style noticeable in the natural stoned walls and the rustic furniture that includes a great table with design chairs to sit and enjoy meals all together. Climbing three steps and behind the arch, we enter the kitchen which is equipped with rustic furniture, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. On this floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe as well as an independent bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a beautiful living room where you can watch the satellite TV on the sofas, listen to music on the CD player, read a book on the rocking chair,..., with the only company of the landscape and the air-conditioning. There are two more bedrooms here, one with a double bed, AC, space for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite shower bathroom; and the other has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. There is an independent laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Five radiators for the coldest days complete the equipment.
