The space Cozy studio 40m2 approximately, with Wifi . Strategically located in the heart of historical Málaga, at Especeria estreet. Only a half min walk from Plaza Constitution and Larios street . Within the safest area in Malaga. . The studio is comfortable and functional , offering total privacy and located in a pedestrian street. The studio is in a 4th floor and there is not an elevator on the building. However, if this is not a problem for you... it's worth it!!!. It is comfortable and functional and offers a beautiful views over the pedestrian Especeria st. , because it has two old style Spanish balconies that make the space fresh and lightly. ( a balcony in Spain is not a terrace, it is just a space to stand on it ) The studio suits 2 people . It has double bed. There is a large fun at the ceiling over the bed . The kitchen comprises of hob, fridge , freezer, washing ,utensils. There is a private bathroom with shower . All the monuments , museums , typical cafes and restaurants, as well as fashionable shops .... everything reachable by foot. It takes 5 minutes walking to the Alameda Principal, where there are located all the lines of urban buses and Renfe train station Alameda Centro, with direct connection to Malaga's airport . Walking to la Malagueta beach there are about 20 min . through a beautiful park under the trees. Towels and sheets are provided.
