Recently renovated and designed in a Scandinavian style, this studio will be a perfect gate-away for couples or families. There are a double bed and a sofa bed that allows us to welcome the groups of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

If you are looking for a central but not noisy accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.

You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also the access to the community swimming pool. In order to access the swimming pool, please contact our property manager to book the access!

ATTENTION: The community swimming pool is temporarily closed!!!

*Due to the COVID-19 situation in Spain, the access to the swimming pool is limited so please make sure you book it in advance*

There are a double bed and a sofa bed with sheets and towels. A sofa bed would be comfortable for one adult or two kids.

Fully equipped kitchen comes with:

Fridge
Microwave
Electric stove
Cutting boards
Set of sharp knives
Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils
Glasses/plates

There is AC, smart TV, a washing machine, and fiber optics 5G in the apartment.

Our office is located just 5 minutes away, and our managers will welcome you and advise you on the best places to enjoy Malaga! (restaurants, bars, beaches ...)

You can get to the apartment building by car or taxi. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just a few minutes away. The main train and bus station is 15 minutes by foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-30 min.

- Check-in is available every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. In the case of check-in after 22:00, we will send you the directions for the self-check-in.

- We can welcome you in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian.

- It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment.

- Please, be quiet after 23:00.
