Spectacular manor house with a private pool, considered Catalan cultural heritage, located in El Masnou 10 minutes walk from the beach. This property of 800m2 built on a plot of 1300m2, has 9 rooms and a maximum capacity of 20 people. This was built in 1928 and designed by Enric Móra i Gosch following a noucentista style. Precisely for this reason, this civil building consists of a ground floor, a first floor (which in the four corners contains three windows crowned with triangular pediments), and an upper floor, in the shape of a mansard covered all of it with slate, so that it gives the impression of a hipped roof. On the facade there is a central porch with three semicircular arches that is located over the access door, and in the upper part there is a balcony. The elements that make up the building are neoclassical, of French influence: mansard, pediments, pilasters, orders, balusters and a garden that surrounds the house with an iron fence. This property does not have common areas, full usufruct of the house. We give our guests privacy, but we are available if they need us. We want our clients to enjoy their vacations.
