For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. The kitchen should be cleaned by guests before departure. Please note that for stays from 1 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00, and check-out takes place until 12:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Pierre & Vacances Cala Cristal in advance. Please note that Premium WiFi with higher speed connection is available for a surcharge. Guests can ask the reception for conditions and prices. A baby kit is offered for children under 2, weighing less than 15 kg. The kit is available upon request and comes with a crib and a high-chair. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: - 75 EUR per pet, per week - 12 EUR per pet, per night Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per apartment is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations for rabies.
