This beautiful newly refurbished flat has stunning views. With an impeccable and marine decoration, you will feel in paradise. It is located in the building Vistamar III, on the beachfront, very close to all amenities and of course just a few meters from the beach. The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms with shower, living-dining room and two spacious terraces. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, wifi network, dishwasher and a parking space. The building has a communal seasonal swimming pool, with a separate bathing area for adults and children and the entire pool area with grass, parking for bicycles and a children's area with swings and rubber flooring for the youngest members of the family. TO BEAR IN MIND Opening hours: The key handover time is between 5pm and 9pm; Check-out time is until 11 am; The delivery of keys after 9 p.m. and until 00h: 40€. Bed linen: Sheets and towels are not included in the price, If you wish to hire them, they can be included from the creation of the reservation or requested on arrival. They will be given to you during the key handover. They have a price of 8€ per person. Deposit: On arrival, we will ask for a deposit of 120€. This amount will be blocked on your credit card without being charged. The blocking of the amount lasts 7 days if payment is made by credit card; and between 7 days and one month if payment is made by debit card. In order to speed up check-in and as a measure of protection against Covid, this company reserves the right to block the amount of the deposit on the card you have provided us with during the booking process and before your arrival. Should you not agree, we kindly ask you to inform us in order to avoid any setbacks. Extras: You can hire the following extras: Travel cot: 25€ per stay Priority check-in in the morning (between 13:00 and 13:45) for a supplement of 25€. Late check-out (subject to availability); once confirmed, it will cost 25€.
