Recently renovated!. Our place counts with 2 comfortable bedrooms equipped with fitted wardrobes and AC. A living room (w. AC) from where you can access to the full equipped kitchen and to the bathroom. From here you can also access to the 2nd living room where there is a sofa bed and to our private terrace through a wide spiral staircase.
The terrace is very spacious with great views to Santas Patronas street.
The visitors will enjoy the wonders of Seville from this centrally located place.
Our place is located in the historic neighbourhood of El Arenal, very close to the Cathedral, La Giralda, La Maestranza bullring, and to multiple tapas bars and restaurants.
If you are looking for a first-class property with downtown location, stop looking because this is it!. We offer Airport transfer, 30 euros total for up to 4 people.
The apartment is located downtown, so the access with a private car is not easy. Parking space in the area is scarce. The best way is to take a taxi from the airport or from the train/ bus station or to take the Metro to Puerta de Jerez or the tram to Archivo de Indias, from these two stops it is within walking distance.
Optional PARKING available but not included in the price (20 eur/day). Please contact us in advance to book it.
The parking is not located in the property but nearby.
NOT recommended for big cars!.
