Spacious one-storey bungalow with 2 bedrooms in Costa Adeje in the Island Village complex. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Corner bungalow with a private patio. The house has no stairs.

Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, second bedroom with 2 single beds, second bathroom with shower, kitchen combined with living room, equipped with appliances: stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, separate storage room with washing machine and dishwasher. There are utensils for cooking and eating. The living room has a dining table, sofa bed, TV. The terrace opens onto a large patio with plants and palm trees, a table with chairs and an umbrella, a gas barbecue.

The apartment is equipped with: free Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, washing machine, dishwasher, fans, air heaters, safe with a combination lock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner. In the presence of the necessary things for the first time: detergent, dishwashing detergent, sponge, soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, paper towels. For guests with children, on request for an additional fee, baby things are provided: a cot, a feeding chair. The apartment is non-smoking, smoking is allowed only on the terrace. The apartment is equipped with an alarm.

The Island Village has a swimming pool. Parking next to the complex on the street. The Island Village complex is located 900 meters from the ocean. The complex has an English supermarket Iceland. A large Mercadona supermarket is located in the commercial center of Gran Sur at a distance of 700 meters. Aqualand water park is located opposite the complex.

For check-in later than 22-00 we charge an additional fee of 20 €.
