Villa Els Cipresos is a house located in a quiet residential area (Puigventós), 7 Km from center of Lloret de Mar and 8 Km from the beach. The complex has a great private club, with tennis courts, swings for the children, swimming pools and bars. Exclusive use for the clients.In the northeast of the Iberian Peninsula, a most perfect mix of colors is what you find on the Costa Brava of Spain, colors that create a true rainbow of feelings. The clear blue waters, the green of the landscapes, the golden sands... they all come together to offer a most unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. There are 214 km of coastline and some of the most beautiful towns, villages and beaches of the country are to be found here. The Costa Brava is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains, thus offering a most amazing natural beauty as well as an impressive history. All in all, the Costa Brava is one full of surprises and colors of fun portrayed in many facets.
The house of 295 m2 (1070 m2 plot) is distributed in 2 parts: an independent house + 4 apartments in the lower part. It's possible to rent the house alone (6 pax), or combine with any of the apartments (each of them has a capacity for 2 people). The house is distributed into a dining room (fireplace, TV), a totally equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms; 2 matrimonial and 1 double room (2 individual beds) and 2 bathrooms with showers (1 of them is in the garage). Each of the apartments, has 2 individual beds, a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, Electric stove and a washing machine for the 4 apartments), and 1 bathroom with a tub. All of them have exits to an independent terrace. Nice exterior area with an enclosed swimming pool and barbecue. In August it will be obligatory to rent the house joint with the 4 apartments.There’s a free WiFi connection in the house.
