Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place which is close to the Musical Theatre and exhibition square. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Rhine.
The condo has a washing machine as well as a dryer in the unit. Tram stop “ Musical Theater” is a 2-minute walk away from the apartment.
20 minutes away from SBB train station by taking tram number 14.
10 minutes away from Marktplatz/Old Town by taking tram number 14.
This brand new apartment has all the home accessories you need to make your city stay memorable.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
You will be able to check in using the lockbox. I will be available by phone or text if needed.
The apartment is located in the Basel neighborhood called “Matthäus”, which has many attractions such as small shops and cafés. The Rhine river only takes about 10 minutes to walk to. Close to the Matthäus church there is a farmer’s market every Saturday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
It’s easy to get around on foot or with public transport. Tram stop number 14 (Musical Theatre) is within walking distance (2 minutes away). Parking can be found in front of the apartment building, which is free for 1.5 hours. A space in a parking garage within walking distance from the apartment can be added to your reservation for a daily fee of 24 Swiss Francs. This apartment is centrally located in a lively neighborhood, which adds to its charm; however, please note that due to this you may hear cars going by and the trams from time to time.
The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the Rhine; however, you will not have a view of the Rhine from the apartment.
A late check-out on the day of departure is only possible if there are no back-to-back bookings.
There is a fee of 30 Swiss Francs if you would like to check-out past 11am. You will then be able to stay in the apartment until 6 pm at the latest. Please send me a request. A fee of 30 Swiss Francs also applies if you would like to check in before 3 pm.
If you are traveling with a child, a travel crib is also available for an additional fee of 15 Swiss Francs per night. If you would like the travel crib to be in the apartment, please contact me.
