The Landgasthof Sternen is located 300 metres from the Bühler Train Station in the canton of Appenzell, 10 km from St. Gallen. It offers nicely decorated rooms with solid wooden furniture, free parking, and an à-la-carte restaurant. All rooms at the Landgasthof Sternen are spacious and come with a modern bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area. Typical Swiss specialties and international cuisine is served in the restaurant and on the garden terrace offering views of the Alpstein Mountain Range. Appenzell is 7 km away and the Wasserauen/Ebenalp cable car station and the Gonzen Mountain can be reached by car in 10 minutes. A summer outdoor pool is located in Teufen, a 5-minute drive away.

Please note that guests who want to eat in the restaurant for dinner need to book a table in advance. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. Therefore, on Wednesdays guests have to do a self check-in. If you arrive on a Wednesday, you will be contacted by the property after making the reservation and be provided with a code for the door and further instructions.
