Studio apartment 33 m2 on 1st floor, bright, comfortably furnished. Balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic hobs plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower / toilet. Internet (wireless LAN, free of charge). Please note: non-smoking accommodation, 2000 CHF fine for smoking. 600 m from the center of Zermatt, quiet, storage for skis, Stepped path (20 steps) to the house.
The Sunnegga Skilift station is approx 500m away from the apartment. Time normal walk approx. max. 10min. Walk down the stairs from property, turn right until you hit the river then left. You will hit the Sunnegga train which will take you up the mountain. I normally don't bother taking the klein Matterhorn cable car as takes longer to get there but all 3 areas are connected you can ski from Sunnegga all the way over to Klein Matterhorn area. (Not for beginners) and ski all the back so you do not have to take the bus from Klein Matterhorn.

Bitte gib mir Bescheid zwingend wenn Ihr nach 19.00 Uhr anreist. Die Haustüre ist dann geschlossen und wir müssen eine Lösung finden wie Ihr reinkommt.
Es hat ca. 20 Treppen welche man hoch laufen muss um zur Haustüre zu kommen. Please let me know if you arrive after 1900. / 7PM the door will be locked then and we need to see how we can get you inside the property.

This is really a great location, only approx 600m to the Sunnegga train which is in my opinion the quickest most efficient way up the mountain. You can walk everywhere from the property with no steep hills. It is a 700m walk to a large grocery shop, bring Rucksack to carry stuff - easier you can get everything you need there. Also the other shop is called Migros but does not sell alcohol best for good and cheap wine is Denner. Migros has good quality and is a little cheaper then Coop. Denner is a discounter and is the cheapest.
!!! IMPORTANT, please note that I have to pay 3 CHF per person per night resort Tax for you, you are getting a good price accommodation, I will pay for your tax. Not incl. in the cleaning is recycling of bottles and cardboard or PET bottles. Please recycle your own trash - it is all very close, the bottles goes when you come down to river turn right approx 200m is a wooden shed the bottle go there. The cardboard is when you keep on walking until you hit the wooden small bridge walk across bridge you will see metal containers paper and cardboard goes in there. Also no smoking in property not even on balcony. I am allergic to smoke do not book if you are a smoker please. There is no dishwasher and you have to wash the dishes by hand - washing the dishes is not incl. in the price. Should the dished not be washed correctly and they will need to be re-washed. This is also not incl. in the price. Approx 50 CHF extra. Recycling is 10 CHF for bottles and 10 CHF for cardboard. Clean sheets and towels are incl. in the price. Should you lose a key then this is expensive as locks will need to be changed. Approx. 800 CHF please don't loose key. There is a chip on key I can track. Call me if you loose key.
