Tucked away in the heart of the Gallipoli Historical Park, The Gallipoli Houses are an ideal base to explore the battlefields. To preserve the harmony with this small farming community much attention was given to the initial design of the buildings to blend in with the surroundings. Now The Gallipoli Houses are celebrating their 15th anniversary in style with the introduction of a new concept: self-catering accommodation in newly re-decorated apartments, studios and rooms. All units are designed with modesty yet fitted with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, en-suite bedrooms and a terrace or patio with view of the 800m2 gardens and countryside beyond. To maintain a tranquil environment, there are no TV sets and phones in the rooms but free of charge Wi-Fi covers all areas. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or any of the indoor areas. Eceabat (10 km away) offers plenty of opportunities to stock up on supplies and for those wanting to enjoy the local cuisine on one or more occasions there are plenty of options there as well; alternatively guests can take a ferry ride to Canakkale for more options.
