A few minutes walk to the Bath Spa train station and the High Street where you will find an abundant selection of restaurants, bars, and the shoppers' paradise of Milsom Street. On the ground floor once you enter the property there is a small hallway with the space to hang your coats and take off your shoes to relax after the journey or long day exploring the city.

The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare, serve and enjoy a simple meal, with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware for 4 people. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a super king size (1.8m wide) bed and built-in wardrobe. The south-facing smaller bedroom has a double-size bed, built-in wardrobe, overlooking the little garden.
