Hi there!

Here's a list of decorum we'd like you to maintain during your stay at the property. We'll thank you in advance to kindly abide by all the house rules and ensure a pleasant experience all around.

No Smoking - It's not allowed to smoke on the property or any of the public areas associated with it. Keep your lungs clean and healthy.

No Noise - Have fun but keep the voices down to ensure you are not the cause of any noise between 10 PM - 9AM. Avoid -hedidit, shedidit syndrome and the complaints coming in. Indoor voices. That's the way to play it!

No Party or Events - We all like a good party (throwdown!), but no haha; this is not the place for it, do don't do it! We'll all get in trouble, and fined! 2000 GBP is a heavy price to pay, so party proverbially in the spirit and keep the vibes naturally high!

No Pets - We love our furry companions, but as per our set-up, it's not allowed, so kindly do not bring any pets on the premises.

No Drugs or Consumption of Intoxicating Substances - Keep your body clean and happy 101 - Say NO to drugs!

No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Property - What can we say, it's happened before and so that past is not a repeat of the future - it goes on the list! This experience is for you, and you alone.

For your own safety - Kindly do not light any fires or candles on the property. The internal heating and warm blanke
