Fabulous dog-friendly beach house in Bournemouth with views of the sea & walking distance to the beach & town centre.
Perfect for a group of friends, hen parties, birthdays or family get-togethers. We sadly cannot accommodate stags.
The house has a large open-plan living and dining room with a kitchen, a catering kitchen, and a more informal living room on the lower ground floor. Sleeps up to 20 guests as well as seven en-suite bedrooms.
There is lots of free street parking and a car park nearby that charges £10 for 24 hours with electric charging points. We are able to book anything that you might need during your stay - shopping delivery, private chef, beauticians etc.
We are available on the phone at all times of your stay for anything that you might need.
We are conveniently situated in Bournemouth City Centre, the property is set 450 metres from the beach and walking distance to all the local restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and cinema.
There are many bus routes and taxis in Bournemouth as well as the train station with trains to London, but we are also walking distance from anything that you might need when staying at the house.

Ensuite bedroom with 1 x double bed, 1 x sitting room with 1 x double sofa bed & a separate kitchen (smaller than upstairs and not open plan)

Ensuite bedroom with 1 x king bed
Ensuite bedroom with 1 x queen bed
Ensuite bedroom with 1 x double bed with a single bunk bed above

Ensuite bedroom with 1 x queen bed & bunk bed
Ensuite bedroom with 1 x king bed
Ensuite bedroom with 1 x triple sleeper bunk bed
Please note that bunk beds are a combination of single and triples. Please contact us for a quote if you are booking for more than 16 guests. There is an additional cost of £75pppn.
We have a lockbox collect keys. Please note should you require assistance from our housekeeper there will be a £25 call out fee.
If you are a group of 16 or less and would like the sofa bed made up, please request this in advance; a further fee of £75pp per night will apply.
