Upon arrival, step into a fenced patio leading to a welcoming lobby. The original part of the cottage dates back to the late 1700s, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Enjoy calming colors, low ceilings, and original beams that create an inviting atmosphere.
The cozy snug study/lounge features a Smart TV and an open fireplace, with a steep staircase leading to two upstairs bedrooms—one double and one single—both offering fabulous views. On the ground floor, a convenient WC and bath await.
Just off the entrance lobby, the spacious lounge boasts a large open fireplace and double doors that open onto a sunlit patio, perfect for relaxation.
The inviting country kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and is well-equipped with an AGA electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. A charming king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a freestanding slipper bath and separate shower is located upstairs, alongside another thoughtfully furnished double bedroom with meadow views.

Step outside to a delightful country garden with tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco meals or evening drinks. Enjoy the small orchard and summer house equipped with a TV and pool table, providing entertainment for the whole family. Guest Access
Enjoy full access to the entire cottage and spacious enclosed garden, perfect for children and dogs. Please note that there are horses in the adjacent fields, so keeping your dogs on a lead is recommended for their safety.
Other Things to Note
Your host, Jenny, will meet you at the cottage, so please inform us of your arrival time. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £25 per dog per week, and we kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the cottage. We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the cottage as you found it and reporting any breakages, as there may be a charge for significant damage.
