Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 3; Number of other rooms with beds: 0 A premier 3 bedroom centrally heated bungalow situated on Penstowe Park Kilkhampton Bude, near the main entrance off the A39. There are 2 double bedrooms: One on-suite with a king-size bed and memory foam mattress, one with a double divan bed. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and raised mid-sleeper cabin bed with storage below. The family bathroom has a bath and power shower. The large kitchen-diner has a freestanding electric cooker with ceramic hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and tall fridge-freezer. The private rear patio benefits from an Italian masonry barbecue and seating to relax in the evening with your glass of wine. Bbq coals are in the cabinet on the patio. If you use them, please replace them ready for the next guest. Parking next to the bungalow, adjacent to the rear patio. Important points Due to Covid restrictions, we do not know what facilities will be available on site (swimming pools, bar, etc.) but there are beaches nearby (Sandymouth and Duckpool), plus Bude is approximately a 15-minute drive. The village of Kilkhampton is within walking distance or a short drive, and there are a couple of pubs, local shops including a co-op, and an excellent fish and chip shop, as well as a pizza takeaway and a Chinese takeaway. The site had indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a children's play area, a kids club, a bar, a restaurant, and a function suite. 'club Penstowe' requires a 'members fob' so please ensure you leave it safe for the next family to enjoy. Unlike many properties on the site, there is no additional charge for central heating or electricity. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge (2 max.) as we trust owners to be responsible and not allow them on the furniture or beds. Please note that bed linen is provided but not towels.
