This lovely family property is situated only a short walk from the amenities and parking at New Beach Holiday Park. Single-glazed with electric heating, two bedrooms and one bathroom, it's close to the indoor swimming pool and arts & crafts centre, with Dymchurch Sea Wall a five-minute walk across the road for a refreshing stroll.

This holiday home sleeps up to six, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

There are a few steps into the property but the interior has an open-plan design meaning each area is easily accessible, with the bedrooms on the right-hand side and the living area on the left. Turning left as you enter the property you step into the kitchen, fully fitted with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There's plenty of storage space kitted out with all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you could need to cook and enjoy meals together. Stepping further into the living area you reach the carpeted lounge, framed by a large sofa that wraps around the length of the room. Up one end is a dining table and two stools, and the other end faces an electric fireplace and 32" Smart TV.

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
