This two-bedroom, one-bathroom static mobile home is just a short walk from the amenities and parking at New Beach Holiday Park, and a two-minute walk to the Dymchurch Sea Wall for a refreshing stroll along the seafront. Single-glazed with electric heaters, it's a lovely property for a family holiday on this friendly site, just up the path from the indoor swimming pool and craft centre.

There's room for six in this property, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There's also a shower, toilet and sink in the separate bathroom.

The open-plan living area has freestanding furniture including a sofa, dining table, stools and beanbags. There's an electric fire for cosy nights in, plus a 32" TV for some home-based family entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. There's a fridge with two drawers of freezer space, plus plenty of cookware and tableware for enjoying meals in the comfort of home. There’s also a restaurant on-site if you don’t fancy cooking - you are on holiday after all!

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
