This beautiful double-glazed, centrally-heated static mobile home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and an enclosed decking space - all just a short walk from the amenities and parking at New Beach Holiday Park. It's close to the indoor heated swimming pool, arts and crafts centre and a five-minute walk to the Dymchurch Sea Wall just across the road for a refreshing stroll.

Up to six guests can sleep in this spacious property, with a king bed in the first bedroom, two singles in the second, and a double sofa bed in the living area. There's also plenty of room for a travel cot in the first bedroom.

The large open-plan living area has a kitchen complete with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle - there's even a full-size fridge and freezer! It's also fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The carpeted living area is bright and airy, with modern furnishings including two sofas, a dining table, a stool and a large bean bag. There are DVDs, board games plus a 40" Smart TV to provide plenty of family entertainment. Another rare feature is the outdoor decking - uncommon on this site. There's outdoor furniture too so the whole family can enjoy quality time in the sun.

Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.
