For students or University affiliates, Coventry University is located a 15-minute walk away from the property, and a nearby bus can get you to the University of Warwick in as little as 20 minutes. Longer distance travel links can be accessed from the train station only 10 minutes away.
New House is located in a quiet residential street and offers fully furnished accommodation in the form of recently built studio apartments over 2 floors. All studios have a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A smart TV is provided for your entertainment (subscription services like Netflix and Prime Video are available for guests with their own accounts). Free 50+ Mbps Wi-Fi is available to all guests for the duration of their stay, as well as USB charging ports and Ethernet ports (wire not included). A free-to-use washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for communal use.
The kitchen comprises of a white Corian worktop, ample storage units, 2-burner induction hob, under counter fridge/freezer, integrated combi microwave and electric kettle. The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll to accommodate those who wish to prepare their own meals.
