This two bedroom holiday home is positioned on the edge of Medmerry park, overlooking the peaceful wetlands of the nature reserve. It's styled with 'New England' cladding and it is beach themed throughout, which ideal for those who love the sea. The property allows up to 6 people to sleep and it's also dog friendly. With it's double decking, you will be able to enjoy the south-facing position of the property. Please note, you will need to bring linen & towels; or you can hire some from us.

Its just a short walk to the beach gate, which takes you directly to the calm beaches of Bracklesham Bay.
Allowing 2 well behaved dogs, for an additional price (per pet, per stay)

All of the chalet and site areas.

- Up to 3 well behaved dogs are allowed at a cost of £23 per dog per week or part week
- Please supply bed bedding. No pets are allowed in bedrooms or on furniture
- Linen and towels are not supplied; can be hired if required
- Please ensure you leave the property clean and tidy as received
- After let clean can be booked at an extra cost
