Truly a home away from home. With soft, cosy furnishings, easy to use SMART heating and views of the Clyde, this spacious 2 bedroom apartment is the prefect base to explore the whole of Glasgow. Great location for access to Glasgow Green and excellent transport links with M74 just minutes away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom apartment features a cosy and serene living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the River Clyde. There is also a 40” Smart TV allowing you access to plenty of apps such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube and many more. Within the living room there's also a dining table for 2, ideal for meals or those who wish to complete some work. The Kitchen has all the essentials you need: washing machine, combined oven/grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, french press, gas hobs and a fridge-freezer compartment. There’s enough crockery, glasses and utensils for any meals you may prepare or have. I LOVE food and I would want your cooking experience to be pleasant and fun. Therefore I have made sure the basics (herbs, spices, oils etc) are available for you. The bathroom is modern and spacious, that includes a bathtub/shower.If you are planning on taking a hot bath please make sure the water level does not overflow! There are soft towels, hand-wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is also a storage cupboard located in the bathroom that is stocked with fresh linens and towels. Bedroom 1 is a bright and homey space with a comfortable double bed with a magnificent wooden frame, also featuring an ensuite with an electric shower. Bedroom 2 is an airy and cosy space with a comfortable double bed and a dressing table, for someone to get ready for their day. It also features a large window that also looks onto the River Clyde. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. ● No extra guests are allowed without prior consent.  ● No pets. ● Strictly no parties or smoking allowed inside. If your plan is to do such please book elsewhere since no refund will be given for your stay and law enforcement will be notified instantly.  ● In order to maintain the cleanliness, for stays longer than 3 weeks, our housekeepers would need to do a full clean and the cost for this will be absorbed by the guest.  You have exclusive use of the whole property. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm. Since I am either working full time or abroad, I may not always be available. Therefore, when I am not available, you will be taken care of from a local professional co-host named Daniel from AirUs who will be available and be more than happy to answer any questions you may have! Oatlands, situated just south of the River Clyde is serene and beautiful area that is within walking distance to many notable and popular locations in Glasgow that everyone must visit such as Glasgow Green. The area has undergone a major transformation with the regeneration scheme it has been apart of. It is now a very modern and peaceful area surrounded by parks and many local stores; B&M, Local convenience store, Costa coffee and many more. With the River Clyde right on your doorstep, you will be able to admire the views of the river or take a walk along the river and admire the beautiful scenery surrounding the area. Glasgow Green is only a short walk away, where you can visit the park and have a relaxing day strolling around, enjoy a lovely picnic or admire the beautiful views of the park. Within Glasgow Green Park, you can visit the People's Palace. The People's Palace is a museum of you can see the history of the lives of Glaswegians and our development through time. There is also a football and hockey centre nearby for those who are sports fans and would like to make use of those facilities. Southern Necropolis, which opened in the 1840s is the resting place of many notable Scottish characters who had helped shaped the city as we know it today. It is a peaceful place to visit for those who wish to find out more about the history of the city. The bus stop is 4 minutes away and bus numbers 21 & 267 take you to the City Centre and further afield. We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free.
