Large bright and airy room with desk and chest of drawers and double wardrobe in quiet location with good transport links to Liverpool,Chester,North Wales and beyond.
The bed is a standard size Double with Memory Foam mattress. (A favourite with guests)
If you need more beds we also have our "Prenton House 2" listing which is another room in same house with a King Size Double in.
Notice: Please note 1 of the 2 showers is Out of Order at present. Both toilets and sinks are in use.
My house is a lovely detached house that is very quiet and in an excellent location with great transport links to Liverpool,Chester,North Wales and Manchester.
The Wirral has plenty to offer from seaside walks to art galleries, golf,sailing even Michelin Star restaurants "Fraiche".
All pillows are double covered with pillow protectors. Bedding and Towels are washed in Non Biological Fairy to reduce allergy possibility.
Guests have full use of shower room , kitchen and lounge.
Normal check in time is between 3 and 6 pm but this can be arranged on request.
Guests are free to come and go.
I am always available on my mobile.
I will not always be on site.
The neighbourhood is extremely safe and there is a good selection of restaurants and pubs as well as gyms,golf courses ,cycle routes.
We're just off the M53 and are close to major bus route into Liverpool just 5 Mins walk away.
There are trains to Chester and Liverpool from Green Lane. Also to Liverpool from Hamilton Square.
By Bus from Liverpool it's 15 minutes on the 471 0r 472 which run every 10 to 15 minutes.
Get off at Woodchurch Rd/Carlaw Rd Stop.
Did you know New York Central Park is modelled on Birkenhead Park ?
The Mersey Ferry is over 800 years old and Shakespeare's been on it.
French POW's built a lot of Liverpool docks and all the docks are named after
Captains from the Battle of Trafalgar ships. Albert Dock, Gladstone Dock etc.
The Alabama was built at Cammell Laird Shipyard by Birkenhead Priory.
I have 2 Double rooms available for rent and will happily do airport runs and provide breakfast at weekends for an additional charge. (Please say what you'd like)
