String of Horses - How Description
A 17th Century coaching inn with bags of character (watch your head on the low doorways), open fires most of the year. Located in a tiny village in the North Cumbrian countryside about 10 minutes from Carlisle and the M6 motorway. All guest rooms are ensuite and there is free Wi-fi throughout. Bar and restaurant are open Tuesday-Sunday (Closed Mondays). Local real ales available.
