The Theatre - book tickets for a show and stay at the house to make it easy to get to and from the venue. Portman Road Stadium - this is where Ipswich Town play their home games and you can get to the ground easily from the house. Hadleigh Road Industrial Estate - the home is ideal for a group of contractors or colleagues who are working in the area - including this large industrial The house has its own parking space, so it’s a good idea to drive here if you have a vehicle. It will give you the freedom to explore the local area at your own pace. However, Ipswich town centre is within walking distance of the house, so a car is not a necessity. You can also catch buses or order cabs to get around. And you’ll be able to get to Ipswich railway station pretty quickly from the house.
