You have parking at the front, a garden at the back and separate lounge, kitchen and dining areas to enjoy, all within easy reach of the town centre. Four bedrooms. A separate kitchen. A dedicated dining room. A green and pleasant garden area. If you are seeking space for up to 8 people for a visit to Ipswich, this house has room for you all. When you’re feeling hungry, head for the kitchen where you will have been able to stock-up the fridge/freezer and cupboards at the nearby convenience stores and supermarkets. If you need to cook something, there’s an oven and microwave, plus stovetop, so all you need to do your thing. There’s also a washer/dryer out here, so if someone accidentally spills something down their favourite top, they’ll be able to wear it again during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a double aspect and a table that seats 4-6 for a casual snack or formal meal. You can even make the table double as your work desk while you’re here, or it can become a games table. It’s up to you. Portman Road Stadium - this is where Ipswich Town play their home games and you can get to the ground easily from the house. Hadleigh Road Industrial Estate - the home is ideal for a group of contractors or colleagues who are working in the area - including this large industrial The house has its own parking space, so it’s a good idea to drive here if you have a vehicle. It will give you the freedom to explore the local area at your own pace. However, Ipswich town centre is within walking distance of the house, so a car is not a necessity.
