Apartment is located within minutes of the beautiful Llandudno promenade and beach, many local amenities and attractions including Venue Cymru Theatre, award winning pubs and more! It consist of a 1 bedroom, bright bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen which opens out in to the lovely and airy lounge. Ocean Pearl makes a a wonderful space to sit and relax with cup of coffee or glass of wine while reading your favourite book, discuss North Wales adventures, or simply watch a movie on the 4K smart TV. This 1st floor apartment consists of 1 double size bed and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge so it's a perfect place to stay for a couples or a small groups/family. We will provide you with basic amenities including fresh towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, so please feel free to help yourself to anything you might like. Our neighbourhood is very quiet, so we ask that you respect privacy of others and monitor noise levels during the evening and night time. Our apartment is a non-smoking, if you need to smoke please smoke outside and dispose your cigarettes afterward. Please remember to lock your apartment when you leave. There is a Free onstreet Parking outside the property with no restrictions. During your stay you will be given number to ourselves in case you have any queries. Central location within a short 3-4 min walk to North Promenade and Victorian long Pier. Convenience shop and nice Chinese takeaway just across the road. Award winning Pubs less that 3 min walk. High street 2 min walk. Nearby access to go up Great Orme via Victorian Cable Tram or on foot. West Shore Beach short stroll away. Easy road access to magnificent Snowdonia National Park. Bus stop 2 min away walking Train station 4 min away walking On street free car parking outside the property (subject to availability) Local Taxis This apartment comes with all necessary goods ie fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, WM. We additionally offer laundry service for a small extra charge. This is a self contained apartment that benefits from central heating throughout.
