Its ground floor accommodation the large double bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (sleeps 3). The living room has a sofa bed sleeps 2.
Shower gel, shower cream, shampoo towels and bed linen is all provided. Free internet, free parking hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer and dishwasher. Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Teabags and Coffee Jar provided. Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washing Machine. There is plenty of storage space to put your clothes and your luggage.

You have access to many supermarkets which is a short walk away from Sainsbury’s to Marks & Spencer to Tesco. There are numerous take aways/restaurants nearby and bars. The area is very quite and very safe. You are close to Clapham Common and the 02 Brixton Academy is a very short distance away.
There is a driveway for parking and its ten seconds from the front door, its very easy to get around. Clapham South is the nearest tube station a two minute walk away and Balham is the nearest train station east access to Gatwick and London Waterloo. There is also car clubs on the road and you can hire a car very easily just a short walk away.
Free parking is provided. The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard to provide too quality accommodation at an affordable price.
