The space The house has been modernised to a high standard with a wonderful huge open plan living space leading onto the garden wooden decking on the 2 floor. Modern, fitted kitchen and dining area The house is arranged over 2 floors with 3 large bedrooms - Master Bedroom with king size bed - Second bedroom with double bed - Toddler room with a toddler bed and also a single bed which can also convert to a double bed (travel cot available for an infant). Smart family bathroom (bath/shower/wc) and also a separate WC Fresh linen and towelling provided Guest have access to the whole house during stay across 4 floors - so lots of stairs! Additional information: Late check-in past 7pm needs to be pre-arranged and are subject to extra charges and these fees need to be paid in advance to your arrival. If there are significant changes in your planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from another location. There is strictly no smoking inside the accommodation. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
