We operate CCTV which continuously records with audio in the property by the entrance for the safety of our guests and the property
You will have full access to the entire property throughout your stay.
We are available on the phone & can have someone attend the property in the event of an emergency
We have introduced this parking scheme so local people can park near their homes.
The scheme operates on event days at the Etihad campus. We enforce the scheme from two hours before the event until it ends (if the times of the event fall between 10am to 10pm)
During that time only people with permits can park.
Outside of these hours anyone can park for any time.
The normal rules apply for double yellow lines. Permit holders cannot park on them.
