Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and no keys will be left out for collection. Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information. If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation. The property reserves the right to apply a security deposit of GBP 250. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 500 Avebury Boulevard, MK9 2BE Central Milton Keynes. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
